Here at Phoenix as the with the legendary bird we believe we can provide an opportunity for a young person to rebuild, an opportunity to live again from new, and although this Bird is based on a mythical existence it’s symbolism is about the journey from what was, to what can be.
Everyday we face crossroads, positive or negative good or bad, how we cope and make those decisions often depend on the choices around us, the people around us and the things we care about. Phoenix Children’s Home is built on providing the right support and foundation for young people to thrieve, our staff team and even its Directors have come together to build a home and an environment that nurtures positivity. We believe firmly that everyone has the right to succeed and that given the choices and the tools they can.
In working with the Multi Media Arts Project for the past 2 years and other national organisations, local authorities, PRU’s and charities we have learned a great deal in providing and responding to the needs of young people.
Young people are tomorrows adults who if given the right support, foundation and values will grow into well balanced morally bound adults.
